Surfin’ the Net: 5/10-5/23
Whenever I sit down to share these links with you, it’s so hard to choose the best of the best so that I don’t end up with a list of 467 posts that you have to sort through. This week was no exception, and I finally narrowed it down to eight great posts:
:: Becoming Minimalist looks at one of the top Causes of Clutter: Wanting My Neighbor’s Life. Have you ever fallen into the trap of trying to keep up with the Joneses and ended up with stuff that you never really wanted?
:: This guest post on Frugal Dad talks about 5 Reasons Not to Save Stuff for Later. It’s so easy to convince ourselves that we might need something, and there is value in repurposing, but I think it’s important to find balance as well.
:: Looking for some unique ideas for organizing your legos? Tanna from Organizing Solutions has a ton of great ideas to get you started!
:: During the Spring Cleaning Party, I talked about not taking advantage of freebies that just end up cluttering your bathroom, and the Get Organized Mission #4 is a great follow-up with a ton of things to think through as you’re considering which freebies are worth your time and space!
:: In case you haven’t figured it out yet, I love Unclutterer. I tried to choose between those posts to share with you, and I couldn’t decide, so I’m going to share both. The first is encouragement for anyone who feels like they’re just not organized and never will be. The second is the definition of an unclutterer. Are you an unclutterer?
:: Still looking for something to do this holiday weekend? Jennifer’s got some great ideas over at ListPlanIt!
:: And finally, Angie from The Creative Mama has done it again! She’s got a great printable for you to help organize all of those “friendship details” about your friends – great for gift giving and just getting to know those special people in your life better!
Mr. Linky is having issues this week, but feel free to leave any links you think I missed in the comments! Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend with your friends and family!

Thanks for mentioning my latest printable, it seems I’m addicted to creating them
I hadn’t seen some of the links you mentioned so I’m anxious to check them out! Happy weekend!
