It's All Too Much DVD
I’ve had the privilege of attending two of Peter Walsh’s blogcasts, and I love his practical approach to organizing and decluttering. He has a great presentation style that blends overarching principles with detailed tips to help you get organized and manage your time better.

When I was asked to review Peter’s latest project, the It’s All Too Much DVD (based on the principles in the bestselling book by the same name), I was excited to see what he had to say. In this room-by-room tour, he offers tips for organizing and decluttering various spaces in your home with encouragement and inspiration to actually do it rather than just talk about it.

Additionally, Peter recently published It’s All Too Much, So Get It Together for teens. Tailored to the organizational challenges facing teens and college students, this book offers resources and tips to help young people get organized and declutter. Don’t we all wish we’d learned those skills earlier in life?

One lucky Organizing Your Way reader will win a copy of the It’s All Too Much DVD + It’s All Too Much, So Get It Together.

Three additional winners will also win a copy of It’s All Too Much, So Get It Together.

+++++++++++++++

Every reader has four methods available to enter this contest (for a total of up to four entries):

1. Leave a comment. What area of your home needs the most organization or decluttering help?

2. Subscribe to my feed via RSS or email. You must confirm your email subscription for it to be a valid entry! Leave a separate comment letting me know you have done so. If you’re already a subscriber, simply leave a separate comment letting me know you’re already subscribed.

3. Become a fan of Peter Walsh on Facebook. Be sure to come back and leave a separate comment once you’ve done so!

4. Follow @mandiehman and @Peter_Walsh and tweet the following on Twitter. Be sure to come back and leave a separate comment once you’ve done so!

Win @Peter_Walsh’s new It’s All Too Much DVD from @mandiehman: http://bit.ly/7VqRBw

Prize:
(1) It’s All Too Much DVD + It’s All Too Much, So Get It Together + (3) It’s All Too Much, So Get It Together

This giveaway ends at noon EST on Saturday, 1/30. I’ll use Random.org to select the winning comment. Winner will be notified by email, and this post will be updated with their name as well!

My biggest disaster area would probably be my basement family room. That’s probably because it’s the favorite hangout of my husband and two teenage boys, so I stay out of there as much as possible. :) Hopefully I can get them onboard with this.

  53. There’s a corner of my bedroom that’s the worst! The room is small and contains a dresser, two side tables and a double bed. Nothing fancy. For some reason between my husband and I there’s just not enough closet space. I live out of a laundry basket. He’s got the closet. (Go figure!) This corner is the bane of my existance. Nothing stays in the basket, and items seemingly appear from out of nowhere under the layers of clothes. Lost something? Check the basket. Oh, and the clothes are usually “clerty”. (I can’t believe I just admitted that- well, there is it.)

    Love the blog- I check it daily.

  161. I’m also a subscriber! I desperately need to declutter our office. My husband and I share a home office! Twice the clutter! We are expecting our first baby on March 8th and I really want to have this space cleaned and organized before he gets here, or I’m afraid it will never get done! I’ve already taken your advise from previous blogs and started to declutter various rooms and drawers and closets, etc. It really is addictive once you get started! I’m trying to do something small each day during the week and then take extended times to declutter during the weekends! I really hope to win this DVD!!!
